All amenities are included in our locker rooms. We provide robes and slippers for use in the spa. Lockers are provided for your personal belongings.

Your Appointment is very important to us. To ensure your service will begin on time, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time. Be reminded that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. As a courtesy to all guests, all appointments begin and end on time. Reservations are made subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card. We ask that 24 hours notice be given for all rescheduling to avoid billing. Spa prices are subject to change. Please call to confirm our latest pricing information.
Our Cancellation Policy Your appointment is very important to us as we reserve that time especially for you. Due to the high demand of appointments, we respectfully request a notification of at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients and make necessary staffing changes to our schedule. If you miss, cancel, or reschedule an appointment on the day of your service, there will be a service charge of up to 100% of the session booked on your credit card or gift card on file.
We ask that you arrive 15 – 20 minutes prior your appointment time so that we may properly receive you. We regret that we are unable to lengthen your appointment time if you arrive late and your services may be shortened so as not to inconvenience our other guests. Unfortunately, late arrivals will be charged for the full amount of service regardless of the appointment length.
Medical History can be a determining factor in what services we can safely provide you. When makingappointments for our services, please let the Spa staff know if you are pregnant, have any allergies or are under a Doctor's care for any skin
conditions or if you are taking any medications for a skin problem.

Security of your valuables is important to us. Certain treatments require the removal of jewelry, watches, rings, etc. We ask that you please leave these items at home. If you are a guest, we ask that you utilize the in-room safes. We are not responsible for the loss of these items.
Spa Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Robes are a part of the spa experience our
clients often rave about. Many clients enjoy them so much, they purchase one to take home with them! Be sure ask a member of our team about availability of one of our robes in your size to purchase and take one home with you.
Robes combined with a spa gift certificate is also a wonderful way to remember that special person in your life!
