Please note the following policies when making a reservation with us: GUARANTEE POLICY: A reservation guaranteed with any major credit card assures you of a room and late arrival. Please contact guest services for any reservations arriving after midnight.  All reservations made through this web site must be guaranteed to a major credit card. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your reservation please do so by 12:00 noon 24 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid penalty.  Traditions at the Glen reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time without prior notice dependent upon business requirements. SMOKING POLICY:  All guest rooms and indoor corridors are smoke-free.  There is a $100.00 penalty for smoking indoors at Traditions at the Glen. PETS:  NO pets allowed.  ONLY previously approved service animals are allowed.  Unapproved pet fee of $100.00 will be assessed.    *Please note that on evenings when there is a special event, Tavern hours of operation may differ.  Please contact the hotel directly to verify hours of operation.
